Olga Snegovskaya, Head and co-founder of Russian faculty of Family Sleep Institute, instructor, certified sleep consultant, psychologist. Olga graduated FSI USA under Deborah Pedrick supervision in 2015 and created her own internet portal about baby sleep called WWW.O-SNE.ONLINE.

The birth of her lovely daughter has changed her life, both private and professional. She discovered a true value the benefits of the well-balanced rest for the whole family well-being.

Before starting her own business she had over 10 years of corporate experience. Having a very hard-time dealing with her daughter’s sleep problems, she found herself burning to help children and parents (of course!), get the rest they desire without much frustration. She’s helping families with children aged from 0 to 6+ years old all over the world starting 2015. She is published in various online parenting resources and featured on TV.

Being a member of International Association of Child Sleep Consultants, Russian Sleep Society RosSleep and National Society of Pediatric Sleep Specialists in Russia, Olga takes a leading part in connecting medical and non-medical society to educate children health professionals on children sleep hygiene. She’s also a regular speaker for Practical Science and Medical conferences, holds seminars for professionals and is a repeat guest in local mom’s clubs.

Working with families she’s driven by the only principle: to feel the needs of the baby and meet them. And nothing makes her happier than making children and parents connected.

When she’s not working you can find her playing puzzles with her daughter or enjoying nature with her family and friends.  Together with her husband and her little sleeper, Olga resides in Moscow, Russia.

Olga Dobrovolskaya, Co-founder of Russian faculty of Family Sleep Institute, instructor, Deborah Pedrick graduate of 2014.

Olga is a member of International Association of Child Sleep Consultants (IACSC, USA), Russian Sleep Society (RosSleep, Russia). Olga founded her child sleep project WWW.SLEEP-EXPERT.RU, that has grown from being held by one person up to a team of 10 specialists – true believers – starting 2015. Today «Sleep expert» has increased their clients turnover 200 times and became one of the top leaders among child sleep consultants projects.

Besides certification in child sleep consultancy Olga has university degree in pedagogy, basic medical education, psychologist diploma, she is a breast-feeding and potty-training specialist, as well as a participant of different courses and programs in child development, coaching technics for parents and basics of positive parenting.

Olga considers it as her goals: to teach parents, doctors and specialists in childhood to respect child's needs in quality sleep; to help develop in children an ability to understand their own needs; and to grant to the parents self-confidence in overcoming a most tangled child sleep situation.

Olga visits medical workshops and conferences on a regular basis, both as a participant and as a speaker. She works hard on communicating relevant knowledge in child sleep to the medical society. Olga is a sought-after speaker in parenting conferences, TV shows and trainings all over Russia.

Olga is a mother of two sons born a year apart, therefore she knows it on her own experience what struggles parents of small children could meet on their life safari.


Fedor Katasonov, Author of “Fediatrics” book and FSI Russia's newborn care instructor, pediatrician and a father of two girls. His working experience starts 2006. Up to 2012 Fedor worked as a pediatrician in a Moscow state hospital, where he mostly took care of early years babies born with pathological conditions. Fedor boned up on developmental care for children born with extremely low birth weight. From 2012 Fedor has been working in private medicine (starting in European medical center then moving to GMS clinic in Moscow), where besides general pediatrics he specializes in imperfect osteogenesis (hereditary fragility of bone) and treatment of other hereditary pathologies as well as health issues of adopted children.

Fedor is a follower of evidence based medicine, he stands for the renovation of today medicine in Russia towards building collaborating and respectful relationships between doctors and their little patients with their parents. Dr. Katasonov is an ongoing participant of medical conferences and congresses, he holds a telegram-channel called “Fediatrics”, writes articles for various magazines and web-sites. Fedor pays great attention to creating awareness of basic principles in early years childcare among parents and different childhood specialists. He is an active proponent of myths and prejudice among both patients and opinion based medicine old schooled doctors.


Natalia Korableva, FSI Russia's “Safe baby sleep” instructor, pediatrician, child cardiologist, holder of Doctoral degree in Medicine, assistant professor (majoring in Pediatrics), director of medical university FSBEI of Higher Education “Pitirim Sorokin State University of Syktyvkar”.

Natalia has two children, though she understands the value of each baby life. She knows the importance of quick and valid dissemination of safe baby sleep information among parents of newborns. Natalia‘s area of expertise is infant mortality associated with sleep, as well as preventive measures for suspected life-threatening conditions in infants. Natalia has a command of Holter monitoring along with transthoracic impedance registration applied to newborns and early years children. Natalia is an author to more than 100 research and teaching and guiding articles including those concerning safe baby sleep topic.

Natalia is a member of Union of pediatricians of Russia, Russian Union of Holter monitoring and noninvasive electrophysiology, Russian Association of child cardiologists. Natalia  participates in applied science conferences on a regular basis, makes SIDS and manifestative life-threatening conditions in infants and early years children reports. She is an ongoing speaker of Russian national Forum “Sleep” (child sleep session) that is an annual medical event collaborating doctors, scientists and medical students in Russia and CIS countries.


Nadezhda Sergeevam,  FSI Russia's breast-feeding instructor (7 years experience in the field), administrator of an on-line project «Delivery: before and after» that aims proper women build-up and recovery after delivery. Nadezhda is a mother of 4 boys. In her work she uses not only traditional support technics for solving breast-feeding issues, but as well relies on her knowledge of general human body processes physiology. Besides, Nadezhda masters visceral massage and traditional oriental medicine practices.

Nadezhda deeply believes that a mother must treat herself and rest properly, she «should not bite off more than she can chew, because she could not know for sure how many more kids she is going to have».

Nadezhda is an FSI Russia Certified Child Sleep Consultant 2018 and has been happily supporting her fosterling mothers not only in successful breast-feeding, but also in having quality and enough sleep along with providing their babies with healthy sleep conditions.

Nadezhda is very eager to learn, she constantly bones up in different parental spheres so she could share her valuable knowledge with her colleagues and fosterling parents. She always focuses on a mother gaining more physical and emotional powers on the contrary to driving herself to be at the end of her rope.


Natalia Presler, FSI Russia's instructor, practicing phsychologist, psychotherapist. Natalia works with adults using psychoanalytically-oriented psychotherapy technique, she’s been receiving patients for 8 years. Natalia has an experience of working on “hot line” that taught her to think on her feet and be efficient in providing necessary support.

When Natalia's daughter was born, Natalia moved her focus towards the sphere of  parent-child relationships, child-rearing psychology. Her personal experience was a benefit to her knowledge.

Nowadays Natalia is keeping a parental blog, that helps mums and dads to better understand their kids as well as to build trustful parent-child relationships along with drawing adequate red lines. Today many parents are grateful to Natalia for her support and opportunity for true enjoyment of their parenthood.

Natalia can not imagine her practice without non-stop studying and boning up. She participates in psychological and psychoanalytical applied science conferences on a regular basis. She visits lectures of western leading psychotherapists, concerns herself with modern child education.

Natalia's articles are published in many on-line resources as well as in such popular magazines as Forbes, Cosmopolitan, My baby etc.

Natalia holds lectures and webinars, speaks of hot parental topics on workshops. She is often invited as a speaker to various educational projects, schools and other parental organizations. Natalia  is great at communicating with big audience and does it with love. She tries to make her speech dynamic by instantiating it and she feeds the information in such a way that her audience memorize it and maximum benefit from it.

Natalia is absorbed with her work as therapist, she says that every case is unique on one side, on the other side it is typical (from diagnostical point of view). The therapist's job is to notice the common issue along with considering individual factors, to find the reason, to initiate positive changes.

Cooperation with FSI started with common interests, since toddlers' psychological status depends a lot on his/her quality of sleep.


Dmitry Stepanov, FSI Russia's legal aspects instructor, the lawyer, the head of the legal direction in the largest energetic holding. Dmitry is an instructor of the training seminars for representatives of civil and law enforcement agencies, accompanies and supervises legal activity of the “Sleep expert” project starting 2017.

Dmitry conducts legal practice more than 17 years, specializing in the "intellectual property, copyright, entrepreneur business activity". Dmitry has experience in law enforcement agencies, in the field of legal regulation of the civil relations, experience of protection of copyright, the rights for trademarks, including the trademark for SONY, has practice of representation of interests in courts of law and arbitration.

The widest range of knowledge and real experience in various areas of the right, continuous professional development, studying of recent trends of judicial practice, wide experience of practical legal, judicial, teaching activities, allows the FSI Russia graduates quickly, safely and competently begin and maintain their own online project.


Anna Shmakova, FSI Russia's business aspects instructor, Chief Development Officer in “Sleep expert”. Anna is responsible for brand-building and business processes automation in “Sleep expert”. The amount of webinars operated tripled, the amount of individual client support doubled for “Sleep expert” within a year of Anna’s employment. She has introduced customer relationship management system for her team and project client’s convenience.

Her first steps in studying web-product and services promotion Anna took in 2013. She has 4 years of education in promotion under her belt that includes general course on social networks promotion, trainings in copywriting, as well as target and contextual advertising, web-marketing, CEO.

Anna started her relationships with “Sleep expert” when looking for ways of solving her son's sleeping issues. She participated in web-practice course and successfully taught her kid self-soothing. Afterwards Anna watched the project's development and advised on using social networks in business. Though her cooperation with “Sleep expert” has begun. 

Anna's achievements in project development are the following: belief in great cause for families' wellbeing along with day-to-day handwork with promotion tools. Anna would be happy to share her best practice and necessary experience for the development of a new web-project.


Tatiana Guryeva, FSI Russia student mentor.  Tatiana is a Certified Child Sleep Consultant - 2018, O-SNE.ONLINE team member and the mother of a boy.

Prior to working as a Child Sleep Consultant, Tatiana successfully built a career in administration and management, organized the educational process at the University Department. Past experience allows Tatiana to allocate her resources effectively, helping a great number of families without burnout. In her work she learned how to combine creativity with accurate analysis, laminating experience on acquired knowledge.

Her son birth fundamentally changed Tatiana 's lifestyle and priorities. She has experienced what life can turn into without good sleep. Overcoming her son’s sleep problems, she felt the desire to support young families with sleep issues, in the way she needed it herself previously. Tatiana believes, without good rest it is impossible to successfully fulfill herself in the new role of mother together with the roles of wife, daughter, friend, etc.

Starting 2018 Tatiana has successfully helped lots of families to become great sleepers. She is ready to support students in learning how to work constructively with the most demanding families requests without overspending internal resources.

Tatiana participates in writing content for the project o-sne.online, conducts live broadcasts and actively helps mothers on the project page on Instagram. She constantly improves her qualification by tracking the latest literature and research in the field and takes psychological courses and supervisions, that allow to better understand the needs of a tired mother.
